Erik Baumann

Head of Support – Support

Erik joins Navigraph with a background in support and product management, plus a completely unrelated master’s degree in history and Scandinavian literature.
A certified flight sim nerd, Erik spends his free time piloting cargo planes in MSFS and DCS and blasting techno music on his synthesizers. He shares this creative workspace with his two free-roaming rescue bunnies, Fips and Coco, who love to cuddle and specialize in creating chaos right next to his gaming PC. Luckily, Erik also owns a 3D printer, allowing him to engineer custom parts for his home cockpit faster than his furry co-pilots can chew through them.
