At Navigraph we pride ourselves in the close relationship with our users. We interact with flight simulation pilots around the world to collect feedback for product development, spread news about new product releases, provide support and recruit new pilots to our community. Navigraph marketing and support teams work very closely.
Following the morning standup meeting we work on projects to reach new pilots, build brand awareness, produce product information, optimize conversion, create helpful guides and tutorials, and maintain a good spirit in our community. Digital marketing, marketing automation, newsletter, and content marketing via social media are some of our tools. We also work with external consultants.
We particularly like our in-house studio where we produce most of our content. Once per year we also produce the popular FlightSim Community Survey with over 24,000 respondents.
