The management team consists of Magnus, Stephen, and Karin in the roles of CEO, CTO, and CPO.
On a strategic level, the year starts in March when the Navigraph team gets together to define strategies and goals for all of the teams at Navigraph. Each team gets to organize themselves, usually into daily stand-ups, to work towards the goals. All teams gather, physically and remotely, six times per year to present and follow up on the goals.
On an operative level, Magnus and Stephen have meetings with all teams to help, guide, and remove obstacles.
