Digital Marketing Specialist
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing Department in central Stockholm. This is a hands-on role focused on driving sustainable growth for our apps and subscription products through performance marketing, experimentation, and data-driven insight.
You’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing, Product, Content, and Design teams to improve how users discover Navigraph, understand its value, and successfully get started.

Navigraph is a Swedish SaaS company that provides the international flight simulation community with flight planning tools, navigation data, and aeronautical charts used in professional aviation. Our 1.7 million registered users care deeply about realism, procedures, and getting the details right.
We're a team of 50+, including marketing professionals, content producers, software developers, UX and graphic designers, motion designers, and support specialists. Navigraph was founded by Stephen O'Connell (CTO) and Magnus Axholt (CEO), both of whom are still active in the company. What You’ll Do
Performance & Growth
Own the hands-on execution and optimization of paid digital campaigns across search- and social-driven channels.
Drive performance across the full funnel: acquisition, activation, conversion, retention, and re-engagement
Run structured experiments on targeting, creatives, messaging, and landing experiences to improve key growth metrics
Work closely with design and content teams to iterate on assets and messaging, particularly for discovery-driven channels such as paid social
Optimize campaigns against agreed KPIs such as CAC, conversion rate, and ROAS signals
Analytics & Optimization
Track, analyze, and interpret performance data using Google Analytics and ad platform dashboards, as well as internal reporting tools
Translate data into actionable insights and clear recommendations for the wider marketing team
Identify bottlenecks and growth opportunities across the customer journey
Provide performance insights that inform strategic decisions and prioritization
Collaboration & Ways of Working
Work closely with the Head of Marketing on execution of the overall growth strategy
Collaborate with designers, content producers, developers, and product teams to create high-performing marketing experiences
Coordinate with the Marketing Coordinator on campaign setup, timelines, asset flow, and reporting
Support product launches and feature releases with targeted, data-driven initiatives
What You’ll Need
Proven hands-on experience in digital or performance marketing, driving measurable growth
Strong analytical skills and confidence working with performance data, experimentation, and trade-offs
Strong understanding of paid media tracking and measurement, including pixels, conversion tracking, and attribution across platforms
Experience working alongside coordinators or creatives, with the ability to give clear direction and feedback
Solid understanding of funnels, attribution, and growth metrics
Comfort working with both intent-driven and discovery-driven acquisition, and an understanding of how creative, targeting, and product experience interact
Ability to own problems end-to-end, prioritise effectively, iterate quickly based on learning, and clearly articulate trade-offs and recommendations.
Interest in gaming, aviation, or flight simulation (or willingness to learn)
