Our finance department handles contractors, suppliers, incoming invoices and bank transfers. Finance also manages salaries, employee insurances, benefits and vacation planning using Fortnox. A large part of the finance activities also revolves around preparing material and reports for external finance consultants. Most of the budgeting and forecasting is done using Excel and Google Sheets.
